Guarantee of Reservation:

Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at time of booking to cover cost in case of cancellation.

Less than one month
A minimum of 5 nights will be debited to your card prior to arrival and will be deducted from the final bill.

One month or more
One month in advance at time of booking and thereafter monthly in advance from 2nd month of stay.

Cancellation Policy:

* Up to one month before reservation date - no refund
* More than one month - 100% refund
